Job description:
To follow up and coordinate major events as technical seminars, management meetings, regional distributor conventions and quarterly, annual meetings and related requirements.
To place program & schedules for traveling for the staff for Middle East countries as well as European countries.
HR administrative follow up, which includes working time sheet, local and international expenses, program of holidays and vacations, local HR contracts filing . etc.
Responsible of customers and distributors filling of daily documentation, orders, stocking, credits .etc..
To contact CEVA clients and arrange for their accommodations, flights booking, hotel reservation, airport pick up. etc.
To prepare cheques for covering all expenses related to office.
Follow up of local contracts of computer maintenance, lawyer, accountancy contracts, and employees contracts...etc.
Follow up and communication with local authorities to obtain visas for guests and local staff.
